This is a photo gallery I devoted to some of the food we served in a project I co-created with Carlos Espinoza. Ayuuk is a restaurant in the city of Guadalajara, Mexico. Our idea was enhancing our Mexican food culture in collaboration with students. I took charge of the project communication before and once it opened, as of to my personal network to reach local people and customers. In particular, I took charge of the coordination of activities, as well as the creation of savoury items and the production of our pastry menu.
